Mount Pocono Borough is thrilled to announce the launch of our Youth Mentoring Program for high school students in grades 9–12! 
10-month program meeting once a month at the Mount Pocono Municipal Building Local mentors & guest speakers Team-building & leadership development activities Off-site trip to Shaver’s Creek Team Building Course All supplies & travel expenses covered $1,500 scholarship for each student who completes the programWe are accepting 15 students for this exciting opportunity. This program is made possible through the Out-of-School Time (OST) Youth Mentoring Program grant opportunity from the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA). Funding for this program is provided by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), a component of the Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice.
